A colleague, Jack, packs his own lunch daily instead of eating food from the cafeteria. He's closely watching his weight, and health. I think he's wise because the cafeteria food is not all that healthful if one just eat whatever's on offer. Jack has sandwiches mostly and lots of fruits and salad.
