PUTRAJAYA: Malaysians who have already received their MyKad or who apply for it by Nov 30 will have a shot at winning a Perodua Myvi worth RM50,000 by the end of the year.

The car is the grand prize in a series of lucky draws by the National Registration Department (NRD) aimed at encouraging two million Malaysians who have yet to renew their identity cards to do so.
