You can Lose Weight by Eating More

I just read about how to lose weight by eating more. I know, it defies logic but according to the article, the writer advises to think of your body as a gas tank. It can only hold so much. You are permitted to fill your tank with as much of whatever you like after you fill it with a few essentials to make sure it runs properly. What are the essentials?

Fill your tank with 70% water-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. Load up on high fiber and whole grain foods, eat more beans, legumes and nuts, drink more water - which you can flavor it with lemon, lime, or juice.

And finally, don’t beat yourself up over eating food that you like such as meat, dairy or sweets, as long as you treat those items as delicacies that come once the tank is filled with quality fuel.Adding more of the above foods to your diet will naturally leave less room for the garbage we usually eat. Now, doesn't that make sense.

And, if after all this you still have a weight problem and is determined to shed those pounds, then you may want to give those diet pills a chance. Try Fastin. I understand they have a new, improved formula that ensures more effective results.

  3. I think it makes sense because once you load up on fruits and vegetables, the fibres will make you so full you will hardly want to eat anything else!

Only problem is, can you load yourself with so much fruits and vegetables? I think I can, but not everyone can.

That's why there is no one single diet plan that works for everyone.

I think the ideal way is still to watch your food intake, less carbs, more protein and do exercises.

  5. Mei Teng, according to the article, it works.

Tekkaus, eating healthy food can be a pleasure too if we know what to eat. I suppose it's all in the mind and a little sacrifice along the way. Did you say tormenting?
