My Samsung LCD Monitor Serves Me Well

When my PC monitor gave way last year, I was desperately scouting around for an alternative, looking for the best or close enough. On some good advice, I opted for a Samsung LCD monitor. No regrets whatsoever for getting this brighter, sharper, slimmer and stylish monitor.

A girlfriend on hearing that I chose Samsung was pleased. She was glad I chose a brand that is using parts manufactured by her company, an MNC. What a loyal employee.

I hear Samsung phones are having an increasing share of the Malaysian market giving other brands a run for their money.

Low Yat Plaza, the place for electronics stuff

I gave the recent PC Fair a miss this year. Firstly, I am not a fan of jostling in crowds and secondly, there wasn't anything I needed from the fair. No doubt, a PC Fair could be a good place for variety and bargains, that is, if you know what you are looking for. Otherwise, there could be better places to look.

The other day, I was at Low Yat Plaza and noticed a number of people looking for a KVM switch. At Low Yat Plaza, you could practically find anything electronics and at great prices too. A colleague recently bought an Acer netbook there and she is happy with the purchase.

A Fiber Cable Analogy

Recently, a friend had to go scrambling for an item on an assignment ending up buying it as a last resort. He left one of the cables behind in the office.

Would you agree if I say that a fiber cable is akin to an artery or a vein in our body? Our body would suffer a breakdown somewhere if one of it is missing, likewise if a cable is missing, our gadgets won't work. Funny how so many things in our life do resemble parts of our physical anatomy.
