I went with some friends to a home showroom the other day. It was a show-house for a condo project actually. It's located in a nice part of KL, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but just so close enough to the city that it only takes you ten minutes to get there. The property is on elevated ground with the Petronas Twin Towers in full view and what a sight. I can imagine the view of the towers at night or when they hold a fireworks display in KLCC.
Kuala Lumpur is still a housing developer's paradise. Unfortunately, being an inland city, properties in KL lack the feature of natural waterfronts unlike perhaps beaufort nc real estate in the U.S. Still, KL is still a lovely place to be.
