2012 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City

If I were to be in New York City at this moment, in a couple of hours time, I would get to watch the 86th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade which will begin at 9am.

The parade travels down Central Park West from 77th Street to Columbus Circle along Central Park South to 6th Avenue, down 6th Avenue to 34th Street and along 34th Street to Macy's Herald Square (34th Street). The map below of the Parade Route would be helpful:

From The Star..
Giant helium balloons rose above the treetops along New York's Central Park on Wednesday ahead of the 86th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the largest public event so far in a city still recovering from Superstorm Sandy.

  3. STP, yeah, would be nice to see it in person.

Small Kucing, these are helium balloons so may not look so intimidating once they are up in the air.
