Let's Vacation in Bora-Bora

Need a sunshine vacation but The Caribbean is a little too far off a place for you? How about Bora-Bora instead?

Bora-Bora is in the Pacific Ocean, and a commune of French Polynesia, an overseas territory of France.

An expat colleague while on assignment here several years ago, made a few trips to Boro-Bora with his wife. Looking at these beautiful pictures it is not difficult to see why they go back again and again. It is just the place to unwind and do nothing else except to frolic in the waters with the dolphins and turtles and bathe in the lovely sunshine. Vacation packages are aplenty. Just check them out online.

  3. This place is amazing. I love especially the 4th picture. I think the way they put up the resort on the water is clever.

  4. Mei Teng, me too. Jom!

KS, it's a French colony so it can cost but hey, an experience of a lifetime is worth it. No?

Ai Shiang, everytime I look at these chalets remind me of our very own chalets at Avillion in Port Dickson. In our heat, these chalets can get quite stuffy during the day. But nice experience. The next time you come back to Malaysia, you must visit Avillion.

  5. This is amazing. The first picture looked like the island has bluish plants but later on I thought that those were shallows! Wow what a fantastic place for a vacation. I'd love to stay there for a month :P
