Burning Off the Chinese New Year Fat


In about a month from today, the Chinese community will be celebrating the Lunar New Year and with that comes food, plenty of food. Uh-oh, what does that spell? Weight-gain, of course.

The Lunar or Chinese New Year is a period of merry-making and lavish dinners. Exercise is a great way to counteract the effects of the excess food but for some, diet supplements is the answer to help fight fat. Have you tried any fat burner before?
