Friday Frolics - What Reptile Are You?

Lizards and snakes make me nervous. I would feel safe if my legs are off the floor when I see snakes on tv or when I'm in a cinema - better yet, I switch channels on tv. I remember when I went to Penang some years back, I waited outside the Snake Temple for the rest to finish their tour of the temple. Surprise, this quiz says I'm a snake. *Sigh*

You Are a Snake

You have extraordinarily sharp senses.

You sense what's going on almost before it happens.

You connect with the world. People instantly feel close to you.

You are a natural protector. You take good care of your friends.

You are an ambitious person. Your ambitions drive you.

But while you are ambitious, you are also humble. You are thankful for everything you have.

  2. OMG! I'm a crocodile!? I was shocked when I got that answer. I hate crocodiles. They scare me like hell! Although most of the statements are quite accurate.

My ex-colleagues like to label me as not sociable. Well, I like to finish my work and go home. Some people just like to mingle for hours and do over-time later. That's just not me :o)

  3. Hey, I'm a crocodile, too! I'd say it was pretty accurate except maybe the part about deceiving people. I don't really like to be dishonest...

...though I don't always let people know what's really going on in my world.

  4. Snake Temple
Friday Frolics - What Reptile Are You? - April 17th April.
You say “I remember when I went to Penang some years back, I waited outside the Snake Temple for the rest to finish their tour of the temple”.

Like you, when on holiday at Penang we visited the ‘Snake Temple’ also like you I too waited at the exit doorway for my wife [now X] and children to finish their tour.
I can true fully say there’s only two things in life that scared me, one being dentists and the other ‘snakes’. [I was once bitten by a snake, but, thankfully he had just been ‘milked’.] Hospitalised, antiserum and TT-jabs administered.

Waiting at the exit door under the long awning which had potted plants each side it took me a while to notice that each plant had coiled up snakes wrapped around the branches. I beat a hasty retreat, to say there were rubber scorch marks on the pavement would be an understatement. - Mick
