A little fitness goes a long way

I have not been to any mall since the last lunar year (sounds so long ago) but from what I gathered from friends and colleagues, there are some pretty good sales still going on.

Clothes and Chinese New Year cookies, even oranges are going at much reduced prices, as low as a 50% discount! If you think you need a little fitness after all those food feasts, nordic track coupons for gym equipment may be what you need.

  1. I take a 45 minute fitness walk everyday to help keep in shape and keep my blood pressure down. Happily I live in an area where I can do that outdoors, get fresh air, say hello to neighbors. No need for a machine, thank you.

  3. Gym is better, we guys can ogle at the babes there (winks at SK)!

My humble HDB flat is too small to house a threadmill, will probably buy one when I return to Malaysia permanently (if that happens).

  5. PandaB, that is so cool - the fitness walk amid fresh air! Unfortunately, over here, the weather is way too hot to be outdoors for too long.

SK, no doubt the gym is complete with equipment and all, but an equipment at home can save time for busy people. No?

  6. ShingoT,

Sigh.. I need to sign up with a gym where there are more hunks than babes. LOL!

SK, I'll need to check you out at your gym. :p

CheaHSan, see, more people are working out at home. Or not at all?! LOL..

  8. Tekkaus, not really. I want to believe that clothes and household items, among others, don't expire. I think department stores are just clearing stock as well as boosting sales after a major festival. Jaya Jusco here is having a JCard or member discount week, even at the supermarket section.
