The
McDonald's Prosperity Burger is something to look forward to at McDonald's this time of the year. Yes, the
Prosperity Burger is back! This burger comes on the menu roughly a couple of months before the Chinese New Year, thus its name.
After a lapse of a year, I had my very first Prosperity burger of the season the other day and it still tastes just as good, I tell you. Only the beef burger is available at the moment which is normally the case. Give it another month or so, the chicken burger will be served alongside. But I still prefer the beef burger.
You can order just the burger itself (ala carte) or the set meal which comprises the burger dipped in yummy spicy black pepper sauce with a generous topping of onions, Twister fries (deliciously seasoned) and a drink, the Prosperity McFizz which is 100% orange juice and Sprite.

not my cup of tea, i think the sauce is too heavily peppery and spicy for my liking, it sort of numbs my tongue and i can't taste anything else besides the black pepper.. haha!!

DeleteComments eaten up in a jiffy..most of the time same thought as SK but this time food is different. Bananaz would love pepper, pepper over half boiled eggs, black pepper chicken to name a few. No beef for me can wait till next month. haha
ReplyDeleteGenerally not a beef person but this one is an exception. I find black pepper more aromatic than white pepper but white pepper corns in pig stomach soup is awesome!
