Philippines volcano spews rocks killing 5 people

One of the most active volcanoes in the Philippines rumbled to life yesterday, spewing rocks ‘as big as a living room’ according to one guide. 30 climbers were caught surprised. 1. So sweet of you to be thinking of them. I'm sure they are if they are in Manila city itself - away from where the volcano is.

    1. One feng shui report I read beginning of the year says there is likelihood of disease in 2013. Who would have guessed! We now have the H7N9 and the novel SARS-like coronavirus - lst case in France and 13 cases in Saudi Arabia.

    1. That was pretty close. My close shave is with Mount Bromo. We were scheduled to go to Borobudur the same week as the eruption of the volcano but fortunately the trip didn't materialise.
