Bone Health

In last night's episode of "Judging Amy", Maxine's boyfriend, Ignacio, was encouraging her to take the 10,000 daily steps to improve her health after her heart operation. I've read about the necessity of taking this same amount of steps a day to give the heart a good workout. I don't meet this target most days though but close. Do you?

  2. You're right. Exercise. Do it whilst you're young. After menopause the bone density will decline no matter what you do. But the decline will be slower if your exercise.
