Bollywood DVDs

At lunch awhile back, a colleague was expressing his delight at the prospect of his going for his regular Friday evening badminton session. It's not just the game but more so that the game is on a Friday, he enthused. Is it just him and me or does everyone feel a certain high, come Friday?

There is something interesting for me too this weekend. We (our usual company) will be celebrating a birthday and it's going to be held downtown. It's especially more meaningful as the birthday girl, Pat, has not been joining our regular town-paintings of late. The thing is, she has found a new activity that keeps her happily at home. She's now into watching South-Asian (Indian) serials on Cable TV. I can empathise with her as some of us would rather be at home glued to the TV some days too what with Heroes, and CSI on.

Maybe Pat should stock up on Bollywood DVDs instead so she can watch her favourite Indian Movies at her own time instead of having to be glued to the TV at fixed times and we missing her company.
