I have come across quite a number of abandoned houses, even new houses. I'm referring to houses that are abandoned because the home-owners are not able to meet their mortgage payments and had to leave their property behind. This could be a universal problem. If there is such a program as in sell your house and rent it back, these cases of abandonment wouldn't need to happen. I don't think we have it here but I found one in the UK.
