Recently, a friend from overseas moved into Dua Residency. His is a rented premise. Dua Residency is one of the latest apartments in the city of Kuala Lumpur. It is in the vicinity of the Singapore and Japan Embassies and is roughly a mile away from the KLCC where the Petronas Twin Towers are located. Rental in such a choice real estate in the city must be relatively high. Apartment-living is common among expats, mainly for security reasons.
