Radar detectors

I have heard friends complaining that the interstate speed limit is sometimes too low and that they tend to feel sluggish at that slow a speed. The speed limit at certain stretches of the highway is 90km/hr and at most 110km/hr. A friend who loves to speed on the highway once installed a radar detector in his car. He brought it in from the US because radar detectors are not sold here as they are illegal.
