Staying healthy and well the natural way

"Somewhere, in our quest for "perfect medicine", we have lost the correct definition of health and seem content to accept obesity, pain, stress, depression, disease, fatigue, etc. as a normal part of the aging process and thus continue in habits that feed these problems."

These are the words of Dr. Loretta Lanphier, ND, CN, HHP who founded Oasis Advanced Wellness which was set up in order to help meet the needs of those looking for natural/alternative health care alternatives without using drugs, surgery or radiation.

As a cancer survivor using natural medicine, Dr. Lanphier developed a driving desire to help people get well and stay well. She is able to relate extensively, both as a patient and a practitioner, to clients suffering from disease.

OAW provides women and men with up-to-date education and information concerning total health and well-being. Lastly, look what I found on their Natural Health Blog, something about dreaming lofty dreams. It is natural to dream, is it not? This is an awesome video but view it at your own risk for it may cause goose-bumps and even tears. Yes, everything in life happens for a reason and we emerge as better persons in the end.

A little intro about the video: Paul Potts was a cell-phone salesman who dreamed of spending his life doing what he feels he was born to do. Watch him as he takes a huge step toward that dream.
