Free Credit Counselling

Have you heard of Consumer Education Services Inc., CESI? This is a non-profit organization committed to empowering and inspiring consumers in the U.S. to becoming debt free. In short, this is a Credit Counseling Service and they are doing a great job.

As costs of goods and services are constantly on the rise, more and more people are trying hard to stay out of debt. When debt sets in, the quality of life suffers. The Mission of the Consumer Education Services Inc., is dedicated to improving the consumers' quality of life by providing avenues and tools for financial independence and financial freedom.

CESI's services include providing learning tools and resources to help consumers better manage their finances and to achieve the goal of becoming debt free. Online courses assist consumers with the necessary skills to better manage their finances.

CESI provides free credit counselling and assistance is offered over the phone, online and onsite. Their professional counsellors have helped many get out of debt and stay out of debt by managing their finances.

Their Debt Management Plan has helped many regain control of their finances. A Debt Management Plan (DMP) allows for more affordable monthly payments and at reduced interest rates.

According to surveys, credit card debts have increased significantly. CESI offers effective credit card debt counselling as well as help pay off credit card debts to help their clients avoid bankruptcy.

The CESI website provides some sound and practical personal financial tips. There are tips on budgeting, tips on buying a car, how to prevent identity theft and scams as well as investing and more.
