This reminds me of a joke I always crack with male colleagues if I bump into them more than once a day, like in the lifts, down the aisle or in the cafeteria, etc.
I'd say something like, "Hey, we can't be meeting so often. People will start talking." This line works best in a lift on a second or third meeting. Cracks him up.
