Van Persie saves United at Upton Park

I simply have to talk about football and Manchester United. Alright, it may be *yawn* for some of you but hey, it's a good sport, right? Right?

Van Persie has once again come to the rescue of the team when he scored an equalizer at injury time to make it a 2-2 game with West Ham in the third round of the FA Cup at Upton Park. This means that there will be a rematch - slated to be on Jan 16 - and this time the game will be at Old Trafford. Yes!

Former England captain, David Beckham, who was watching from the stands must have enjoyed every minute as both teams seemed determined to reach the Fourth Round of the competition.

  6. Was Fergie really happy? If Man U lost the FA Cup tie, they could concentrate on other games.
