Window Flower Boxes, I Like
There is nothing more delightful than to have lovely flowers around you especially in the home. Gardening is a rewarding past-time albeit some hardwork and gardening knowledge involved.
The thing about flowers is that they can be planted everywhere where this is soil - on the ground, in pots as well as in box planters. Window flower boxes are popular and with flowering plants are great to beautify windows and enhance the facade of any home.
However, it is not easy to buy these window plant boxes as not many stores carry them and even if they do, there is a limited selection.
If you are looking for window boxes or garden window boxes, WindowboxPlanters.com carries Window Boxes of every size, finish, style, and material. They offer a low price protection and free shipping. Check them out!

THE Site for Car Reviews
If you are a car enthusiast or just an ordinary person looking for more info on cars and what features or attributes are available before deciding on your next purchase, CarConnection.com is the site for you.
The site has a whole range of reviews for all types of cars. Checking up on a Mazda car, for example, from their review, you'd know that the 2010 Mazda CX-9 has a sporty, aggressive appearance, with oversize wheels and a rakish wagon look; the rather low, curvy snout gives it a curvier, more carlike silhouette from the front than most other crossovers. You can read the full review on their site of the 2010 Mazda CX-9 or on any Mazda car for that matter.
Looking for reviews of the Saturn range? There is a review for every single model of the Saturn cars. The automotive experts on CarConnection.com have driven every model of the Saturn range, including the Saturn VUE, Saturn Outlook, Saturn Aura, Saturn Sky, etc., and their full reviews on trims and specs would be more than sufficient to provide any car-buyer with facts and figures to make informed decisions. You will find their well-stocked photo gallery helpful in your search.
Of course, you would also be able to obtain a free quote if you are looking into comparing prices before making a purchase.
A site would not be complete without a section on convertibles. You would be able to find a review on every convertible available in the market on the site. There are reviews on Acura to Audi, from BMW to Dodge, Ferrari to Hummer to Maserati to Porsche to Mercedes-Benz to Volkswagen and many more. The information you can get from CarConnection.com is plentiful and comprehensive so it only makes sense to get back to this site for more info for anything you need to know about cars. I know I would be bookmarking CarConnection.com

You Light Up My Life..
Being inland, Kuala Lumpur does not have a reason for a lighthouse though she has a set of twin towers that are still the tallest pair of towers in the world to this day.
Lighthouses are a welcome sight, at least to me. The sense of mystery and adventure must have stemmed from those adventure novels that we used to read during schooldays.
If one were to holiday at Outer Banks, one would get to enjoy the view of this pretty Bodie Island lighthouse.
The Biggest Loser
Asia's version of The Biggest Loser started its run two days ago on Hallmark channel. I missed the opening but I'm sure lots of others tuned in to watch the fun and gather a tip or two about exercise and losing weight.
My co-workers were among those who tuned in hoping to learn among others how to lose belly fat. Maybe in time, I too will need some tips myself.

One Cool Gadget - A Wireless Router
Black Friday shopping may not be happening here but that's no reason why we can't go online and enjoy a Black Friday discount too.
If you are looking for a router, this cool Linksys router would be a great gift for yourself or for the family.
This Wireless-N Home Router gives you a wireless connection that's twice the speed of Wireless-G so your whole family can share a broadband Internet connection and access files from almost anywhere in the house. One cool gadget, indeed!
Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday
Thanksgiving Day is here again. It is wonderful there is a day that is set aside for giving thanks, not that people don't on other days, of course.
Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival celebrated primarily in Canada and the United States. Traditionally, it is a time to give thanks for the harvest and express gratitude in general. There are other cultures in the world that also set aside a day or a period for thanking the gods for a bountiful harvest. While this western Thanksgiving is perhaps religious in origin, it is now primarily identified as a secular holiday.
Today, Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States, which is today, Nov 26. Thanksgiving dinner is held on this day, usually as a gathering of family members and friends. A Thanksgiving dinner would be something like this in the 1500s as depicted by this painting depicting the First Thanksgiving painted by Jean Leon Gerome Ferris (1863-1930), courtesy of Wikipedia.
Here I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you ..
..and All Good Things come your way.
Btw, Thanksgiving Day for 2010 will be
- October 11, 2010 (Canada);
- November 25, 2010 (U.S.)
In the US, Thanksgiving weekend is almost never complete without the shopping mad rush and bargain-hunting the following day.
Black Friday is the Friday after Thanksgiving and is observed in the United States alone. Black Friday marks the beginning of the traditional Christmas shopping season.
The term "Black Friday" originated in Philadelphia in reference to the heavy traffic on that day but more recently, merchants and the media have used it instead to refer to the beginning of the period in which retailers go from being in the red (i.e., posting a loss on the books) to being in the black (i.e., turning a profit).
Black Friday is not an official holiday, but many employees have the day off with the exceptions of those employed in retailing, health care, and banking.
Black Friday shopping is a much anticipated annual affair whereby most retailers open extremely early, as early as 5:00am or even earlier. Depending on the location, some of the larger retailers, such as Sears, Best Buy, Macy's and Walmart have been reported to open as early as midnight on the start of Black Friday in localized areas and remain open for 24 hours throughout the day until midnight the following Saturday.
This year, retailers will be extra careful and are stepping up crowd control following last year's incident at Walmart in New York in which an employee was trampled to death in the stampede.
If you are in the US, you would be spoilt for choice as to the countless Black Friday bargains available. A Top Ten guide would be helpful to zero in on the real deals and not waste time on the worst or even weird Black Friday deals. Both of these can be found on this BlackFriday2009 website.
Just in case you are planning ahead, Black Friday will fall on Nov 26 next year, but we're not going that far, are we? Or are we?!
Happy Black Friday Shopping!

Malaysia's second car-maker, Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd’s or more commonly referred to as Perodua launched its multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) Monday. It is named Alza meaning "to rise" in Spanish.
Dubbed a “Car One Moment, MPV the Next”, the 7-seater comes in six colors. The 1.5-litre engine Alza comes in six variants, equipped with either the four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission. The Alza has a starting price of RM56,000 and is the cheapest MPV in the market. The advanced variants, priced at between RM67,000 and RM70,000 will be launched in March. The advanced versions will have a complete bodykit, GPS with reverse camera, tinted windows and leather seats.
The local multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) segment is expected to see the biggest growth in sales in 2009, driven by the introduction of the Proton Exora in April and the launch of Perodua's Alza.
According to officials of the company, Perodua has a 31 percent market share so far this year in Malaysia which is the largest passenger car market in Southeast Asia; and they expect to increase its share to 33 percent next year.
Perodua, partly owned by Japanese mini-car maker Daihatsu Motor Corp., overtook Proton in 2006 to become the top selling car maker in Malaysia and has maintained its pole position ever since.

Sleeping Easy with an ADT Home Security System
It's scary at times when you read about home robbery in this country, particularly in bigger cities. I don't mean to scare you, really, but commonsense tells us that we need to take steps to prevent the crime than to be a victim of it. It's not the stash of cash but the lives at stake that has seen an increase in the installation of home security systems here in KL.
Living in a high-end part of town, an old uncle decided to upgrade his home security system. After checking quotes from a number of Security System companies, he settled for one ADT.
He found that ADT rates are reasonable, which work out to just around a few Ringgit a day. Seriously, at that rate, every home should have an ADT Home Security System. Besides, ADT system is an easy-to-use home system and with 24-hour monitoring. The company assures fast response time, i.e., when an alarm in your home is activated, ADT can immediately call the authorities in your area so they can send the proper emergency services to your home. That has got to be a big plus in any home security system, don't you think?

Insurance Policy with a Difference
The other day, our company played host to an insurance company. They were invited in to conduct a talk on insurance and the different policies they have. There was good response from the audience with quite a number of them signing up for various policies. There were even a few taking up an immediate annuity insurance policy.
Like all annuities, an immediate annuity is an agreement between you and a life insurance company. In this agreement, you pay the life insurance company a sum of money. In return, the life insurance company pays you a series of payments.
There is one main difference between an immediate annuity and a deferred annuity. With an immediate annuity, the payments from the life insurance company begin immediately.

18,270 Philadelphia Jobs Available
Malaysians can be considered lucky as there are still jobs aplenty and people are still job-hopping.
NY Times reported that in the U.S. joblessness rose in 29 states last month compared with 22 in September. Michigan had the highest jobless rate at 15.1 percent, followed by Nevada at 13 percent and Rhode Island at 12.9 percent.
However, the unemployment rate fell in 13 states, including Massachusetts, where it declined to 8.9 percent from 9.3 percent; New Hampshire, with a drop to 6.8 percent from 7.2 percent; and West Virginia, which fell to 8.5 percent from 8.9 percent.
A website I came across indicates that there are a lot of philadelphia jobs available. Maybe people should relocate to Philly for employment. It's easier said that done because there are lots of considerations to take into account when it comes to relocation.

Myrtle Beach Golf Vacations
A colleague and his buddies travel extensively on golf vacations with their families. The guys play the game while their families take in the sights and shop.
I hear their next destination is the US. I wonder if they have signed up for one of those famous Myrtle Beach Golf Vacations. I read that Myrtle Beach Golf courses are some of the best around. In fact, Myrtle Beach has one of the most visually exciting and challenging courses in America.
Arnold Palmer created this course what many believe to be the finest course on the Grand Strand…King's North. This amazing Palmer "signature course" features some of the most dramatic and unique holes in all of golf, such as "The Gambler" which forces you to gamble on whether to carry the water or take the safe route around it and "Bull's-Eye" which requires pin point accuracy to miss the 42 sand traps that line the fairway.
This is all golf-talk, I know but suffice to say that for a golf vacation, there are hundreds of golf courses on Myrtle Beach to choose from and it's easy to book one of the many Myrtle Beach Golf Packages available. The number to call is 800.682.5699 for an enjoyable and unforgettable Golf Myrtle Beach experience.

How to Choose the Right Office Chair
If you have a say in choosing office furniture, what single piece of furniture would you pay most attention to? I hope you're going to answer 'the chair'. Why?, you may ask.
You don't have to believe this but according to a Feng Shui article I read on Lilian Too's website, it says that the chair you sit on at work does have a bearing on how well you do in your career. Chairs should be designed to minimise aches and strains, allowing you to sit at length without getting tired or uncomfortable.
The article goes on to say that chairs meant for visitors on the other hand do not need to be overly comfy, lest they overstay their welcome! When picking sofa sets and settees for meeting areas, go with something not too comfy, for the same reasons. Harder sofa sets also generate a more dynamic type of chi energy more suited to the workplace.
Now you know, so choose the right chair for yourself.
Buy Cheaper Tickets for Games and Shows
A wonderful thing about having visiting colleagues from overseas is that you get to receive or exchange souvenirs from overseas.
A visiting colleague from the US once brought a bunch of football jerseys to give away and I got an orange Dallas Cowboy t-shirt. How cool!
Sports is huge in the west and in the US, it's got to be football and basketball. For sports fans, going onsite to watch a game is a real treat and tickets are easily available online though one has to book early to get the better seats.
New York Knicks Tickets are hot, so are Los Angeles Lakers Tickets, them being the better known teams and champions at that. Tickets for all the hot venues can be purchased online. Needless to say, my friend normally gets his Dallas Cowboy Tickets online too saving his the hassle of standing in line, he said.
A Cheap Seat is a professional ticket broker with access to many events across the US. They provide the hottest deals on premium tickets every day. It's not only sports events they have tickets for. You can also buy tickets for concert, theater, opera, circus, skating and lots more other events from A Cheap Seat.
Friday Frolics - How Much Do You Know About Barack Obama?
This week's quiz is on how much do we know about Barack Obama, the United States President. I just took it for the fun of it and I did okay. 7 our of 10 correct. If this were to be a quiz on our very own Prime Minister, Najib Abdul Razak, I probably wouldn't even get half correct. Now you try..
(Not true here; ignorance can be rather sweet at times.)
You Got 7/10 Questions Right |
You are probably a news junkie, Obama fan, or both. You know a lot about Barack Obama - including his politics, history, and family. It's likely you're a very knowledgeable person and quite well read. You can't stand ignorant people, no matter what their political persuasion is. |
An Operation Gone Awry
Have you read The Star today? There is a Chinese saying that goes something like even if you live to be a hundred, there would still be weird or out-of-the-ordinary news. Indeed.
A local lady who wanted to be a man underwent an operation to remove her breasts and got more than what she bargained for. She lost her nipples. Does insurance cover this kind of accident? Still, I think it's wise to get an extra life insurance policy if one intends to go under the knife for whatever reason. Be a wise-shopper, go insurance-shopping through a life insurance quote to enjoy the best rate for that insurance policy.
Newspapers should be called Bad-News Papers instead for all the bad news everyday. Don't you think?

Thinking Out of the (Shoe)Box
Whenever I see black suede shoes, they remind me of a pair of black suede clogs that I used to own. And clogs remind me of a package that arrived at the office for a colleague the other day.
He was surprised to receive it but had no idea as to what it could be so naturally he was excited but apprehensive at the same time being mysterious and all. His elation turned to disappointment when he found out that it was one clog, yes, just one, nevermind if it's a famous brand.
The accompanying note says if he'd like to claim the other clog, he'd have to go downtown personally to sign up for some seminar or something. The clog went into the trashcan. Say, have you heard of Dansko sandals? I hear they are famous for comfort and support.

A Freak Winter Storm in Kuala Lumpur?
Reading Tekkaus' post about the weather reminds me of this email I received yesterday. You would have got it too, perhaps. It says..
Dear All,
Whether this is a hoax or otherwise; as a precaution, may be good to have some warm clothings on hand and be home early on 20th Nov.
I don’t intend to cause alarm but I think I need to share this with everyone.
Rumours are surfacing about a freak winter storm that is expected to hit the Kuala Lumpur city centre on Friday, 20 November 2009 at around 7pm.
Being near the equator, KL has never experienced such a cold weather phenomenon and residents used to the hot and humid weather are warned to take serious precautions.
Reliable sources think that there are reasons to believe these rumours following some unusual weather-related events that many parts of the world have experienced in recent history.
Those who have never experienced extreme cold weather are advised to stick close to one another for support. I suggest reading this article on How to Survive Being Stranded in Snow and other similar ones you can find easily on the internet.
As I personally know some of these sources, I will send out further notices as we get closer to the anticipated event.
Remember, mark 20 November 2009 in your diaries. In such an occurrence, there is safety in numbers so stay close to one another, especially after office hours!
Stay tuned.
A bit far-fetched, don't you think but anything can happen. No matter, just be careful and be prepared for Nov 20 winter weather.
Dear All,
Whether this is a hoax or otherwise; as a precaution, may be good to have some warm clothings on hand and be home early on 20th Nov.

Leonid Meteor Shower - mid-November 2009
So did you manage to view the Leonids or Leonid meteor shower yesterday morning?
Each year, Nov 17-19 marks the time of Leonid meteor shower. Meteor showers are usually named after the area of the sky from which they appear to radiate. The Leonids emanate from the constellation Leo.
The radiant begins rising from around 12:30am and the meteors will last until morning twilight. Look in the areas around the radiant, rather than directly at it.
If you missed it and would still like to see it, you still can as it has been reported that the Leonids are not a one-night stand. The dust from Tempel-Tuttle spangles the sky for a few nights every year in mid-November. This year, the peak is expected during the predawn hours of Nov. 17, but early-morning hours on the dates surrounding Nov. 17 could provide a decent show, too.
Here's an interactive Leonid meteor shower guide courtesy of MSNBC. Click here to go to guide.

Don't Mess with Old Dogs..
Here's a lesson we could all use..
Source unknown
A wealthy old Gentleman decides to go on a hunting safari in Africa , taking his faithful, elderly dog named Killer, along for the company.
One day the old dog starts chasing rabbits and before long, discovers that he's lost. Wandering about, he notices a leopard heading rapidly in his direction with the intention of having lunch.
The old dog thinks, "Oh, ho! I'm in deep doo-doo now!" Noticing some bones on the ground close by, he immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat. Just as the leopard is about to leap, the old dog exclaims loudly, "Boy, that was one delicious leopard! I wonder, if there are any more around here?"
Hearing this, the young leopard halts his attack in mid-strike, a look of terror comes over him and he slinks away into the trees. "Whew!", says the leopard, "That was close! That old dog nearly had me!"
Meanwhile, a monkey who had been watching the whole scene from a nearby tree, figures he can put this knowledge to good use and trade it for protection from the leopard. So, off he goes, but the old dog sees him heading after the leopard with great speed, and figures that something must be up.
The monkey soon catches up with the leopard, spills the beans and strikes a deal for himself with the leopard.
The young leopard is furious at being made a fool of and says, "Here, monkey, hop on my back and see what's going to happen to that conniving canine!
Now, the old dog sees the leopard coming with the monkey on his back and thinks, "What am I going to do now?", but instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn't seen them yet, and just when they get close enough to hear, the old dog says...
"Where's that damn monkey? I sent him off an hour ago to bring me another leopard!
Moral of this story...
Don't mess with the old dogs... age and skill will always overcome youth and treachery! BS and brilliance only come with age and experience.
If you don't send this to five "old" friends right away there will be five fewer people laughing in the world. Of course, I am in no way insinuating that any of you are old, some are just more "youthfully challenged."
You did notice the size of the print, didn't you?
Cheers!

How to Fix PC Errors with Ease with Regwork Registry Cleaner
I know I would be at a loss if at any time my PC were to encounter any of the following hiccups:
- PC suffering from poor PC performance
- Screen popping up with Windows error messages
- Frequently experiencing system-freezes and blue screen
- PC getting Activex or DLL errors
- PC bogged down with invalid or empty registries
- Switching and turning off PC taking a very long time to process
The world may be more Internet-savvy now than ever before. However, most of us are not as technically-knowledgeable when it comes to fixing the computer including fixing the windows registry.
Windows Registry's main function is to store a computer's configuration. Installing and uninstalling software will clutter the registry, which leads to poor PC performance, system crashes and data loss.
Are you one of those computer users who spend a lot of time trying to edit the registry manually? This work is laborious and is risky as incorrectly edited registries will crash the entire system.
What you need is a registry cleaner, one that will do all the necessary work of cleaning up the registry and restoring it to its former performance that you are accustomed to. Want to give such a cleaner a try? You can download a 100% free scan from Regwork now. You can use it to clean registry as well as repair registry.

Where to Buy Kids Educational Toys
School holidays are just around the corner. Some parents would be at wits' end thinking of ways to keep their school-going children productively occupied and out of mischief.
Some children would be sent to holiday camps or seminars, others to their out-of-town grandparents while most will be spending their time at home. A good way to keep the kids occupied would be to provide them with educational toys and games.
Unfortunately here in Malaysia, we have a shortage of stores that have a good stock of kids educational products. Shopping online would be the best alternative. One online store that won't disappoint is ShopWiki.
With 30,000 stores available, you will be able to find anything educational you need for any child, from back-to-school gadgets and supplies to educational software for kids to kid's computers, children's books, educational toys and games, and lots more.
That's not all, at ShopWiki you will find an Educational Toys Buying Guide, providing pointers shoppers will find useful.
You Can Now Withdraw PayPal Funds via Local Banks
Was I pleasantly surprised logging onto PayPal awhile back and noticing that Malaysian members are now able to withdraw funds through local banks. Awesome! And it's about time too! Long overdue, in fact.
I just withdrew some funds and we'll know whether it works in a few days time. Will keep you posted, so be sure to check back if you are interested.
Below is a screenshot of the PayPal page that shows that you can Withdraw to your bank account through Banks in Malaysia circled in red. Click image to enlarge..
Processing only takes 2-3 business days and it's free if RM400.00 or more is withdrawn, otherwise a fee of RM3.00 will be levied if less than RM400.00 is withdrawn.
Looks like all banks are included. Below is the list. Click image to enlarge.
For years, Malaysian PayPal account members have been trying all sorts of ways to withdraw funds from Paypal. The only method that works before this new implementation is through the Debit Card system and that too only debit cards issued by two Malaysian banks work. One is the Public Bank Debit Card (which I'm using), not sure of the other other.
You can still withdraw funds into your card (debit card, that is) but processing time is between 5-7 days for a fee of RM20.00.
This new process must have been implemented shortly because I still had to go through the old method last month.
What can I say other than Hooray!! Indeed a small step for PayPal, a huge step forward for e-biz in Malaysia.
Anyone who intends to have any online business dealing would do well to have a PayPal account. Have you signed up for PayPal yet? Click here to sign up now.

Sweet! A Cinema Hall All To Yourself..
I have wondered how cinemas make money or even break even with more than half the cinema halls vacant. When I went to see Michael Jackson: This Is It the other day, there were less than 30 of us, all choosing to sit right at the back leaving three quarter of the seats in the cinema hall empty.
The other time at the Mamma Mia! movie, there were less than ten of us!! So, how do cinema houses break even let alone make money? Surprisingly, yet more and more of them are springing up all over the city.
I'm not complaining about the lack of crowd though but it sure would be a lot more fun if all those who are watching the movie with you are people you know, just like what Andy Lau and his wife had the luxury of experiencing. Read on..
CANTOPOP heavenly king Andy Lau booked a whole cinema hall to watch Michael Jackson’s This Is It with his Malaysian wife Carol Choo.
It was indeed a theatre of dreams for them as they managed to avoid being hounded by the media.
They left through the back exit after the show upon knowing there were reporters at the front entrance.
[Lau and Choo arriving at Hong Kong airport after attending the funeral of Choo's father in Malaysia in August.] Since the marriage of the couple was reported in the media in August, they have not been seen together in public.
Choo was even not seen at Lau’s 48th birthday party ion Sept 27 but his parents attended the event.
It is learnt that Lau has restricted his wife from leaving their home.
Sources said that Lau had used the “rather let you know but not see” strategy to subdue the frenzy over his marriage.
Lau had paid HK$4,000 (RM1,770) for the 23-seat hall.
Also present were Lau’s parents, assistant and over 10 workers of his company.
The cinema management had placed a “private party” sign outside the hall.

3. Seven of the 10 countries with the highest number of diabetics are in the developing world.
4. Type 1 diabetes, which mainly affects youths, is rising alarmingly at a rate of 3% per year.
5. In the 1970s, Malaysians only consume 17 teaspoonfuls of sugar per person, but it is up to 24 now.

So, are you one of the thousands who managed to secure one or two or more of the 900,000 seats sold in the 48 hours of AirAsia's zero fair offer?
Some stats from The Star:
Local low-cost carrier AsiaAsia has recorded a new international sales record with 402,222 seats snapped up in 24 hours after the launch of its “one million free seats” campaign on Nov 11.
The airline said another 489,000 seats were taken up on the second day.
AirAsia’s website registered over 300 million hits in the first 11 hours of the campaign alone.
It's not too late to grab a piece of the action as the offer is still on today (Sunday).

5 Facts About Choosing the Best Air Asia X Seat
With AirAsia available in our own land, budget travel has become a key contributor to increase in travel for leisure. Needless to say, one can't expect the same level of comfort as what one would have on a regular full-service airline. We've often heard gripes about the lack of space or the seat being too small or not able to recline.
This article I stumbled upon on Articlesbase would give us a little insight into AirAsia seating.
5 Facts About Choosing the Best Air Asia X Seat
This article will give you five facts that everyone should know before choosing the best Air Asia X seat for your next flight. As well as informing you of the best seats and explaining the truth about the Air Asia X seat pitch, this article will also explain how to actually go about securing these seats for your next flight.
Tip #1: The truth about seat pitch
Many major newspapers around the world incorrectly slate Air Asia for having very small seats with only a 31" seat pitch. Well 31" isn't that small and it is actually the same as British Airways, Lufthansa and United Airlines have. Even tall people can still fit in these seats no problem.
Tip#2: Seat widths
Air Asia X use Airbus A330 aircraft equipped with 9 seats (3-3-3) across. Most airlines that use the aircraft have 8 seats across (2-4-2). Air Asia was smart about it and reduced the width of the aisles and the armrests making the seats only slightly narrower. If you are fine with a regular Economy seat, then you will find Air Asia X seats to be comfortable enough as well.
Tip#3: Seat recline
The genius behind the 9 seat across plan was clearly having a bad day when the seat recline options were chosen. Air Asia X seats do not recline, instead the base slides forward to create an angled back. If you are in a regular seat this will kill most of your legroom and make it very uncomfortable. This is not an issue with exit row/bulkhead seats or if you are a small person. The airline has listened to customer feedback and is replacing these seats with regular ones in 2010. Until then, remember to bring a neck pillow.
Tip #4: Exit row seats
It is worth mentioning that all seats on Air Asia X have individual TV screens with video on demand. The TV for exit row seats is in the armrest, which normally makes these seats slightly narrower. Air Asia X decided this would make these seats too small. Instead, the airline made the middle seat in the Exit row very narrow and always leaves these seats empty. This is a great as it means the remaining exit row seats have unlimited legroom and they have an empty seat next to them. These seats can be booked in advance, for a fee, anytime including at time of booking and are labelled as hot seats. These normally cost 100 Ringgit, £20GBP or $40AUD.
Tip#5: Bulkhead seats
Bulkhead seats are a similar story to Exit row seats. The middle seat is always free as it is too narrow for anyone to sit in. The downside of bulkhead seats is that their legroom is slightly limited when compared to exit row seats. Furthermore, they are more likely to have babies in them as these seats are next to the bassinet. Still, if exit row seats are not available, these are excellent seats to have. Again, you can book these on the Air Asia X website when you book you ticket or at any time until you have checked in. Also note that if these seats are empty, you will not be permitted to sit in them unless you have paid the extra hot seat charge.
